Amsterdam and Hema Store

My husband worked in Amsterdam for almost 2 years, while we were dating, so I also spent some time there. I fell in love with that magical city. It has really nice shops, the food is great and restaurants are all stylish and nice because they all have an eye for design. It was my son's first Trip at 3 months old. We went there to new year's eve celebrations. Everybody said we were crazy to take a 3 month old baby to the cold winter but we figured, they also have babies there! It was perfectly fine and he spend days sleeping in his little car. He loved it!

My post from yesterday mentioned HEMA STORE, one of my favourite stores in the city. An international retail organisation with stores in the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxemburg, France and Germany. Customer-friendly and with a unique profile, HEMA distinguishes itself from other retailers by selling its own Brandt's. It sells all kinds of stuff From food, to home appliances, from clothes to all baby products. I bought most of baby accessories from there. They have plain white products for babies and all in great price.

Since 1926, HEMA has successfully demonstrated that living a fun and easy life need not be expensive. You’ll notice it as soon as you walk into any of our stores: the aisles are filled with high-quality day-to- day items, surprisingly affordable and designed in playful, original styles. The HEMA style can be summarised in two words: ‘exceptional simplicity’.

And so much more you can buy at this great store.
If you ever go to Amsterdam be sure to stop by.
And definitely stay at the Pulitzer or the Vondel Hotel.
Have a nice weekend.
